📦 Orders & Account
How do I know my order went through?
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email containing your summary and order number. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process and pack orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change your shipping address, swap a size, or cancel an order, please email support@grinentertainment.co.uk immediately. Write "URGENT: Change Order # [Your Order Number]" in the subject line, and our team will do our best to catch it before it enters fulfillment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) alongside secure, accelerated checkout options via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I shop in my local currency?
Yes. You can use our built-in currency selector at the top or bottom of the website to view prices and check out entirely in your local currency.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Backed by our automated inventory systems, our fulfillment team aims to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).
How long will delivery take?
  • UK Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Delivery: Varies by destination country, usually arriving within 7 to 14 business days via Royal Mail and your local national postal service.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to update after the courier scans your parcel at the regional sorting depot.
My tracking hasn't updated or my package is delayed. What should I do?
Courier tracking links can occasionally stall for 24–48 hours between major transport hubs. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days for UK orders (or 14 business days for international orders), please contact us, and our team will investigate it directly with the courier for you.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
What are the conditions for returns?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In their original, undamaged retail packaging.
  • Attached to all original tags and labels.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please email support@grinentertainment.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will immediately provide you with the correct return shipping address and layout instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to our facility.
