X Academy is located at the site of the former Hellions School also headed by Emma. Outside the building is a “Danger Grotto” natural area where the students train. Sean is upset that Emma went against his wishes by letting them spar so soon. Ambitious Paige “Husk” Guthrie jogs as X-Men veteran Jubilee mocks her. Monet “M” St. Croix has a superior attitude and comes from a privileged Monaco family. St. Louis native Everett “Synch” Thomas explores the grounds with Los Angeles street smart Angelo “Skin” Espinosa.
